Year 7 CO2 Dragsters

Using the online software Whitebox Learning, students research about the effects drag, friction and centre of mass have on dragsters. They then design their own iterations in 3D CAD, racing them virtually, and modifying them to make them faster and in specification. When developed. they prototype them in the workshop from softwood and race them against each other in the gym using small CO2 canisters.
