Year 11 Food Technology student Fern Lawrence has been crowned as District Champion in this year’s Rotary Mini Master Chef Competition. In the final against 5 other local students Fern produced a goat’s cheese and beetroot tart, followed by herb-crusted lamb with fondant potatoes, and a beautifully presented layered strawberry dessert in just under 2 hours. We wish Fern all the best for the Regional Final in April.
